My Android Phone

It has been quite some days since I bought a new phone. While my first android smartphone, the shiney Xperia X10 Mini doesn't have a large display or fancy features as others, it is quite stylish and I came just in my budget.

It has a 600 MHz ARM 11 processor, Adreno 200 GPU, Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset, 5MP Camera, Wi-Fi, 3G, internal memory 128MB with a 2GB microSD card(expandable upto 16GB), 240x320 Display.

The preloaded OS is Android 2.1 and according to a recent news, SE won't give further updates. But I've installed MiniCM ROM based on Froyo (2.2) on my phone and have no problems except few random reboots(admittedly, that is because SE doesn't allow us to flash custom kernels). But I think the scenario is going to change soon as the bootloader of Xperia X10 has been cracked.

So expect to see posts about Android in our blog now:)
